No... it's because DL employees love their 772LR.

The "NRSA" can't occupy the F cabin quite so easily on LAX-ATL with the recent crackdown on Shena N. Igans. But if they turn it for NRT, well, then they can't be accused of being "NRSA." They can occupy BE to their hearts content
