If it hasn't already been speculated, (haven't read the entire thread) I think this is very telling. Silvers will still be able to use the breezeway LANE, they will just have to wait until after the SkyPriority has finished boarding.

As a GM I'm happy with this as Zone 2 is a zoo, but I'm sure if I was FO I'd be outraged
