Error trying to change seat and add contact info to booking
Hi, my travel agent has recently booked flights for me to Singapore and Seoul with Emirates. She has given me the Emirates booking reference and upon entering this at emirates.com I'm able to retrive my booking and even access my eticket. However, no seat assignments are shown despite being on the eticket. When I try to 'change' my seat I get the following message:
"Sorry, we are unable to save the changes. Please check all information and try again."
I also can't add my email address. Every time I do I just get returned to the main 'manage' screen.
Any idea what's going on? Is this a system error or something worse like my booking has not been processed properly?
