That is a TOTALLY different type of service from the Tesco Internet Phone.
TIP was a complete VOIP, number linked, account service. Not just a low cost calling method.
Since there are countless ways to place calls cheaply, and they will vary for people in different countries, please lets not turn this into a discussion about low cost calling! TIP was much more than that.
Still no word back on number portability to other providers.....
