Hmmm ... I always book my own reservations ONLINE, print out the confirmations, and NEVER have had a problem. It's usually faster than using the Platinum concierge and is ALWAYS accurate. The only time I use the Platinum concierge is when it is impossible to book online, such as booking an award reservation when all standard rooms are sold out but premium rooms are still available for a higher point charge.
