I've taken the escalator up to the departure hall, walked outside, and caught a taxi back to the city with one of the driver's who just dropped off a passenger. Saves a small amount of money and wait time if you arrive at a peak time. I've been to the city enough times to know the routine and about what the fare should be, depending on the traffic situation.
