The properties mess up too... I had two separate rez's at a property about a week apart. Checked in for the first night and everything seemed to go well. When I returned to the property for the second rez, it was gone! Fortunately, I had my confirmation numbers in my cell phone and they said the one for that night was for a week ago. I gave them the first confirmation number and they said that was a no-show! They did get me into a room for the night, but it took a couple of days to get it all squared around and the appropriate credits.

Unfortunately, some people have bad days, sometimes it's the person you are dealing with and sometimes it's you. Heaven help you when it's both!
