had something similar happen to me recently....booked 2 rooms under my name at the four points bur dubai....at check-in i was informed there was no record of me having booked the second room....i pulled up the confirmation on my phone & showed it to them....the manager agreed to give me the second room at the rate i had booked so it was all sorted out quickly....but its strange why this happens....
