At a Hyatt Diamond, I was assigned a personal "private line" agent. I have a private number to call, dedicated for me as well as a personal email address. My private line agent puts all of my reservations in their calendar system. If something goes wrong--reservation disappears or even if the rate drops, or the hotels are offering promos--my private line agent automatically gives me the lowered rate and emails me to inform me. My private line agent's information is also attached to the reservation so if anything happens, I don't need to call some lame corporate customer service. I call my private agent, or the hotel calls the agent. They fix it right there and then.

Now, that is what I call a top elite hotel "concierge" line. ^
I'm sure almost everyone on this board knows about your bad experiences with SPG and your claim to have left the program. Why you still come back to this board is really a mystery.
