concierge? More like Platinum-I-started-my-job-yesterday-call-center.
At a Hyatt Diamond, I was assigned a personal "private line" agent. I have a private number to call, dedicated for me as well as a personal email address. My private line agent puts all of my reservations in their calendar system. If something goes wrong--reservation disappears or even if the rate drops, or the hotels are offering promos--my private line agent automatically gives me the lowered rate and emails me to inform me. My private line agent's information is also attached to the reservation so if anything happens, I don't need to call some lame corporate customer service. I call my private agent, or the hotel calls the agent. They fix it right there and then.
Now, that is what I call a top elite hotel "
concierge" line. ^
