Targeted promos have not been WN's style in the past. However, it appears this may be changing (if you consider the WinterBonus Promo to be targeted).

I just spent an extra dollar changing the WN portion of my travel for the MCI BBQ Do next month; now I need to figure out how to get one more credit before mid-August for my first CP - Yay!
