Was the incidence occurred on a long haul flight and/or what class of travel?
I'm trying to figure out if there are comp differences depending on what FB level one is on or maybe even how the complaint is written and where it is sent to?
My 10,000 miles were as you can see in Y on long haul, sent directly to a service director. Wrote many positive things as well as the actual complaint but kept it generally very sober.
