Anyway, with all the experts out there in Thailand, or have transited through Thailand, what is the best way from the Bangkok airport to the city? Does anyone know if this is actually up and running? if not, taxi's and shuttle vans seem cheap enough, but is anyone safer then the other? Thank you. My travel will commense in late April.
