I would think they could interline from UA to TG being that they are both Star Alliance.http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/unite...-partners.html they should check straight through. They should also be able to print boarding documents to BKK. Have you called UA to ask?


When she gets to Lax she will have to get her baggage to go through customs. They should be tagged all the to Las. Just outside of customs there is bag drop to have them continue on UA. If they aren't tagged I believe there is a connection desk too.
