I personally think breast implants have to be regulated in light of this news. Each passport/drivers license issued should have a breast topology fingerprint stored in it. Any deviations from the approved topology would immediately subject the person to arrest.

Any new breast implants would need to travel with their own passport and have an RFID chip planted in them. Now that would make me feel safer...
