I am checking in very soon, things changed and I needed a second bed for a friend. Plat desk said no possibility of getting a non smoking (They still have smoking rooms???) with two beds even with using a cert.
Called the hotel and they got my business back. Any Platinum/Premiers get free upgrades here?
