If it is an RJ or Dash8 from JAZZ, it will be at the satellite terminal. About a 5-minute bus ride to the T1.

Before you hit immigration at SCL, on the left you will see kiosks to purchase the visa. One good thing is that it is good for multiple entries for the life of your passport.
