I think that a
slightly better description of the Twist tasting menu is "contains elements of molecular and other innovative techniques" - I don't think that it is a purely molecularc menu as might be found at El Bulli (while it is still open) or Alinea in Chicago. Plus, the main non-food thing I liked about Twist was that the stuffiness level was in inverse proportion to the quality to the food.
Also. L'Atelier has a spring tasting menu at $85 and the abbreviated "L'Unique" tasting for only $39, served before 6:45pm (I assume it is aimed at people going to the nearby KA Cirque show).
