It's not useless to me, as I have no physical office. I've visited locations here in NYC and the location in Baltimore. Rather than spend $4 on a latte at Starbucks, I get it free at the Regus lounge along with an internet connection and more comfortable surroundings. I can't say I'd use it a lot, but it is nice to have a place I could meet with someone not in public.
