BTW, just because certain states don't allow gifts from insurance companies, doesn't mean those same companies can't write policies in the state. Two entirely different issues, although I agree that Liberty Mutual should've known from the start which states were ineligible for the miles (and it should've occured to me that the promo might have been targeted, sorry )
