Amex plat customer service ha!ha!

Let me tell you about dealing with AMEX Customer Plat. Service and dealing with Doug D. My story starts like this-
One day I call into there 800 # and get someone in Florida. Asked something about my bill and the call was over. A few months later I start seeing charges showing on my AMEX card I didnt recognize including one paying for a ticket at the local court. (Rocket Scientist)! Well after I made a claim with the Plantation Police Department they did an investigation and found out it was American Express' own employee stealing peoples credit card numbers and personally information. I can assure you I would never spend over $2000 with Lillian Vernon. So Einstein Doug's Dept. changes my credit card (last 4 digits). Well apparently the Fellony Employee has more brains then Doug's Dept. As they now had to change it 2 more additional times. Since she knew what they do and was able to create/know the new account numbers they changed it to. Best yet 1 time I didnt even activate it. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT THIS WAS THEIR EMPLOYEE AND ACCORDING TO THE DECTIVE IN THE PLATATION POLICE DEPARTMENT SHE HAS DONE THIS TO MANY CARDHOLDERS. Lets shorten the story at this point....The reversed the $450 fee on the old card. I hadnt even gotten the new card yet they charged the $450 fee. After the 3rd card I said DOUG you all should really do something about this like at the very least waive the fee and give me some big points. NOPE, NOPE, NOPE! Half the time he didnt return a call. His solution was credit watch for a year-which at the very least they should do as it was THEIR/HIS DEPARTMENTS INCOMPETENCE and the American Express Felony Employee
that this went on so many times. I am still filling out affidavits and getting them noterized for the Plantation Police. Here's an open QUESTION...WHAT DO YOU ALL THINK THEY SHOULD HAVE DONE. IDENTITY THEFT FROM THEIR OWN EMPLOYEE?
