Steve was never in the top lists for the amount of rooms booked under his code. So, you guys need to keep booking to get him to the top! Granted, I don't know if there are anymore incentives for employees to share the link - I never cared about it when sharing mine. Oddly enough, the forums I belong to where other employees shared their links never were in the top three either. (There were top three winners from each region within IHG and then three random winners)

Although I cannot confirm this, I would imagine that for every employee that registered, they had at least 1 stay booked. Otherwise, why take the trouble to register? I don't know how many stays the top people had - they didn't list the numbers.
