I did wait for the GA to first check the availability of the F seat, and make the call to the CS desk agent about sending me there before walking over. The gamble was on compensation and stars aligned. ^
see, you didn't say the g/a called over to the c/s desk...... makes it a little bit safer-not much but still a little bit safer and when the stars align, the do align ^
