Due to fog our SFO-PVG flight had to land in Hangzhou last month where we waited on the ground for 5 hours for the fog to lift and clearance from China ATC to be given to fly up to PVG. Finally arrived around 11pm. On exiting the plane we were given forms to fill in and mail to United. Today I received 15K miles in my account.
