Don't the sheeple have to stand still for several seconds at least to allow for a good image? Then it seems a scan of someone just walking through would be poor quality or worse. If the victim stood still for a picture, she was aware of what she was doing and why.

Let me see if I understand. A terrible decision by TSA management to waste tax money on unnecessary new uniforms and tin badges results in less screening of TSOs and thus
less security for the flying public. OK, I feel so much less safe now.
