Please show us where TSA has officially stated (ie, not a post here on Flyertalk by a TSA person saying "I think" or a post at PV by some anonymous saying "I assume") that the person manning the nude-o-scope machine is the same gender as the passenger. Seriously, if you have evidence, it would be good to see.

How would they do this logistically? Either have separate lines and 'scopes for men and women, or have a male and female screener working each viewing room and swapping in and out? I don't think so.
