Just as a reference point; I actually used a Regis in Amsterdam (the one in Hoofddorp as my office is at the airport) 2 years ago to present an International Operations program to a class at Bentley College. I was headed home to BOS (at the time) to do this presentation and Schiphol was actually shut down for wind (one of the very few times ever). I contacted Regis and within a few hours they had me ready to go with a huge conference room and all the Teleconference video gear dialed in and tested. They were fantastic. The school paid for it so I am not sure what it cost but they were really good and on very short notice.
