Flying DCA-DEN-SAN in April and found upgradeable space on both legs. Went to upgrade using a CR-1 on .bomb and the website wanted to charge me one CR-1 per flight. Called 1K desk and was able to upgrade both legs using a single CR-1.

Explained to CSR what had happened and she told me that I was the second person today (with whom she had spoken) that had had this same problem.
