1) Hit on girls in random places
2) Do random fun stuff you could *never* do in your home city without being really embarassed
3) Craigslist.. (although this, for me, anyway, inevitibly fails)
4) If you're over 21 (wish I was).. bars and clubs. Met some cool people down in CUN to hang with that way.
