Does sleep or hibernate mode qualify as "off"?
If I boot up my notebook prior to leaving the gate, then put it into sleep or hibernate mode during taxi and takeoff, I can avoid the bootup time when we reach 10,000 feet. Would that comply with the requirement to turn all electronics off during taxi, takeoff, and landing?
