Over the last 4 months i have used my BA Amex card to top up my paypal top up card 8 times (8 x £1000) and have succesfully used my paypal top up card to pay off the Amex, 8 times, £1000 each time. This has so far earned me 12000 BA miles for nothing, apart from the one off £4.95 paypal top up card issue fee. Pity you can only do £10k per year on the top up card! Still, 15000 miles a year for £4.95 is a bargain !
