H-Up fares can be tricky. Basically it will show up as First Class when you book it, but if your plane gets canceled, or if for some reason you get booted out of FC on that plane, then you'll likely be in coach. No compensation, nothing.

If FC isn't there when you book it, I wouldn't count on trying to get upgraded to it later.
