Flying FR is a horrid prospect but sometimes we have to be brave little soldiers. The crew were professional and polite, although the pilot could only muster pidgeon English in his announcements. A full bar service was offered, and they apologised for running out of hot meals but had some great sandwiches aboard. You had to pinch to remind yourself this was on a BA mainline domestic service where you would be lucky to get birdseed. All was provided free of charge.

Hats off to FR to stepping into the breech and with such good humour. Of course I wouldn't be seen dead on them again unless absolutely necessary.
