no need to get upset, as you can see from my profile, i'm a hyatt stayer as well because i do think they have some fantastic properties, and i'm not saying PC brands are better than hyatt brands, i just don't think hyatt is "in a different league" you keep on talking about these official rankings and employee - guest ratios, can i ask where you're getting these infos, I can't really find it on the AAA website. My sources for a given city is usually trip advisor, and i have to say, there are alot of cities were the PC properties out rank the hyatt counter part, and if they were "in a different league" I would think that wouldn't be the case.
