Agree. Also consider IC Strings equivalent to PH Tokyo. But across Asia the standards are very different from those in NAmerica. Most Asian GHs would match NAmerican PHs and ICs. Of course, major issue beyond service levels is that ICs are much older properties while PHs are cutting edge new.
