I booked Hilton Hanoi this February (one night via Expedia, another night via Hotelclub), got points for both nights.
Stayed in Mercure Hanoi/Ibis Pattaya - paid with vouchers and some cash, received points (booked online via A-club).
I have the feeling that Accor chain hotels sometimes are not aware of all details regarding points and vouchers.
