I saw avisthailand.com recommended from a Hong Kong travel website. It looks like a local booking front for Avis in Thailand. The quote given is less than half of what avis.com quotes, though the Thai site does not include taxes/fees/insurance. Looks like a good deal but they do have a stiff 30% cancellation/change fee. Has anyone had experience booking through them?
