IMO:
hyatt place = the rebraned HIX
hyatt summerfield = Staybridge
hyatt regency = better HIs
Andaz = high end indigo
grand hyatt = better CPs and some low end ICs
park hyatt = ICs

there are some bad apples in the IC properties, but Hyatts are generally more consistent
