I wrote an email to UAL via online "contact us" - "customer relations" and informed that my confirmation email shows different times than the online itinerary. Also let them know that in my past and two future confirmed itinerary I was not able to upgrade anything (was trying to use miles + copay). After a four days an email reply included a $150 e-cert as a good gesture. ^
