Being a passenger on an airline is a RIGHT, not a privilege. This is clearly spelled out by the federal governement. Airlines are common carriers, just like buses and trains. Driving a truck, car or flying an airplane are privileges that are earned by passing certain tests and or meeting other specific requirements.

Also, I believe that the right to bear arms is protected by the Constitution.

Unless the laws are changed, this is the way things are today. And let's remember, these are fundamental laws of the nation.
