Correct Fare Class that allows upgrade on DTW/AMS/JRO
Hi all -- newbie here....
Am planning trip to Africa, and would like to know if there are published fare classes whereby one can use Skymiles to move into BE.

DTW / AMS / JRO -- JRO / AMS / DTW in late June.

I have SWU's as well, and I understand they must be used with YBM fares - all running in the $4500+ range.

Can you share with me what my options may be? And, is this where it should be done with a phone call to the elite line? - or can this be done through the website?
