Hi all
Don't worry I have been working on this - anyone who had a flight booked eligible for Tier Points and BA Miles at the time the strike dates were announced and were subsequently cancelled will be awarded with the Tier Points and BA Miles they would have earned within 28 days.
We hope to have these awarded as soon as possible but this isn't a straightforward process (and I mean this purely by explanation rather than an excuse) and we may need a little extra time.
