BA are not using any charter airlines on their Long Haul services.

Catering and Service is only slightly reduced for First Class and IMHO will still be superior to Normal AA Intercon Service.

BA Still have PJ's, Crisp White Duvets etc.
I've attached a quote from a BA thread... while many have posted positive experiences, others have had more threadbare experiences.

Sadly, I had a rather rubbish experience from Abu Dhabi this AM. The crew we're all volunteers and excellent but ground services were atrocious.

- no F amenity kits
- no meals except a salad and a plate of sandwiches in the style of EuroTraveller - pickle and cheese!
- breakfast: salad only (leftover from the dinner service)
- no newspapers
- no pyjamas
- no premium wine or champagne (a somewhat corked red was on offer but it was rather poor quality). The champagne was those tiny bottles of something awful.
For the time being the plan is to sit tight and see what the options are once the flight cancels. After that, hope for the best and work out the rest afterward.
