Did you turn up too late at the gate? Despite the gate beeing "closed" boarding will continue for pax who arrived on time at the gate. If you were late this is not a case of IDB (despite the reason that you arrived too late) Sorry.

They should have dealt with your complaint in FRA; this has clearly nothing to do with BCN.
