So I have booked two tickets from YYZ-BGI on a tango plus fare. However when booking tickets I was unable to select seats. When I called the agent they simply said no seats are available.

I know that if over 80% of seats are booked they hold the rest of the seats but I got my buddy who is an employee to check and there is lots of room.

Tango plus to Sun Destinations allow for advance seat destinations.

How do I correct this? ANy ideas?
