Broken Stroller by During Gate Check
We just returned from MCO for spring break with the kids, which was great, but when we recieved our stroller back from the gate check was broken, with the side strut bent and the wheel now at an odd angle. It is a brand new 600$ double Peg-perago stroller, so I was rather dismayed. I was going to write the carrier, United, though I'm not sure how to "prove" the damage occurred on the flight by what I presume was rough handling. Has this occurred to anyone else?
