To clarify: the SK lounge is before security even though it's in the same satellite as the gates. Not a good set up. The lounge normally gets incredibly crowded during SK departures - not very relaxing.

There is an LH lounge in the other Schengen satellite but it's after security so it may not be the most practical for you.

The Star Alliance Lounge is in the non-Schengen part of the airport so you have to clear immigration to get there. People apparently do this regularly but seems like a hassle. There's also a United lounge in the Schengen part --- limited opening hours (only mornings).

In Bangkok, definately go with the SQ lounge. It's the only lounge that serves wine. Believe it or not, Thai will serve you beer and liquor - but no wine.

Enjoy your travels.
