where is my OnePass #?
Has anyone else had ths issue:
OnePass numbers does not show up in record, go to edit passenger details. Given the option to enter OnePass number so I do so. Back to view reservation and the number did not stay in the record. I call helpdesk and I am told the number has been in there since I purchased. I am told "No need to worry"
I am worried becasue for one thing I cannot select any premium seating and I am hoping to see an upgrade if it become available. If the numbers appears to the agent when I call but not there on co.com is there a reason to worry?
