The Whitestone option is ridiculously bad, please ignore.
Listen to the traffic in case any of these are bad, in which case there are unlimited alternatives. You take GW (preferably Upper) to Deegan South (can take FDR if Deegan is bad - but Deegan is the safer bet) - across the Triboro - Grand Central - Van Wyck.
Can also get off and take Woodhaven - can pop black up the Bruckner - can take the Throgs Neck to the Cross Island - but the above is your absolute best option.
