The net fare for the outbound sector was 298.50 GBP. This information can easily be retrieved from the calculation line (492.33 * 0.606290).

Finding out which tax belongs to which segment is not that easy. I would say that 11.00 GB, 10.36 UB, and 28.40 YQ apply for MAN - MUC, so the calculated total for the outbound segment comes to 348.26 GBP.
